I want to know that is it possible to fill UPCPMT 2011 enterance exam application form online. If it is possible then let me know the link.

There is no provision of online application for UP-CPMT 2012.

The application for UP-CPMT can be submitted through conventional process only.

You will have to purchase the application form from designated bank branches of
Allahabad Bank in UP state.

Refer http://www.csmmu.in/cpmt.php
to get the list of bank branches where application forms are available for sale.

The fee for the application form is
Rs.1080/- for General/OBC candidates.
and is
Rs.580/- for SC/ST candidates.

how can i know my upcpmt 2012 form accepted?

Dear sir, By mistake i impressed my thumb impression on the place of right index finger in upcpmt 2012 application form . So there is any corrective method for this problem without replacing the application form.

If my rank is 5000 to 10000 then i applied which college.
