hi can I change my university within Karnataka
Now I'm affiliated to gulbarga university 1st year bcom
I want to join 2nd year bcom in rani Channamma university,belgaum
Is it possible to join in 2nd year???

No,it is not possible, till now, for students to change university .

You can change colleges within same university.

So, you either wish or not,you have to study in the same university till you complete your degree otherwise you have to take admission again in 1st year in other desired university which doesn't seems a good idea.
