Yes it's possible to get admission for 2nd year B.Com course through Calcutta University after completing 1st B.Com course.

-> First you must directly contact your university Principal. (Punjab University)

-> Tell about the valid reason for changing the university.

-> If the university principal accepts the reason, then he/she will provide you the trader letter to join another college.

Note: - You should not have any pending backlogs in B.Com 1st years.

Students are selected for admission through Entrance Test and Counselling. Application forms will be available from the university sales counter at college street campus.
