In order to join the Central Bureau of Investigation, you either need to qualify the departmental examination conducted by the Bureau or combined graduate level examination conducted by staff selection commission.
Central Bureau of Investigation usually conducts entrance examination for recruitment of experienced and qualified professional whereas, for combined graduate level examination, one needs to hold a bachelors degree in any discipline.

The maximum age limit to be considered eligible for the combined graduate level examination is 27 years, which is relaxed upto 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC category and 5 years for Sc/St category.

The age limit and academic qualification required for the departmental examination conducted by the Central Bureau of Investigation depends upon the department and posts and to know more about it, refer to the official website of the bureau.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
