My age is 35 years and I have completed my Matriculation however, I did not studied for my Intermediate. So, is it possible to study and complete my Intermediate now? If yes, then how and from where?

Yes you can pursue Intermediate at any age.
Age difference does not matter and you can start studying at any age.
You can get admission in your hometown as well as in other state/university/college.
You have to apply online and somewhere it is offline also.

Yes, you are eligible to pursue intermediate at the age of 35 years.
