Sir, I am studying in 2nd year in VIT College in Bhimavaram but I want to transfer to another college due to accommodation problems and health problems. I want to transfer in any colleges near to Vijayawada. Is it possible? Which all colleges accepts candidates in direct 2nd year?

No, It is not possible to takes transfer from VIT College to another college in Vijayawada directly in 2nd year.

If you want to change college than you have to take admission in New college and start from beginning.
