Is Post Graduation compulsory for pursuing M.Phil?

I am a B.Sc student of 2nd year. So, I want to know that can a B.Sc student directly pursue M.Phil after completing B.Sc degree course? Or, do I need to M.Sc or Post Graduation?

M.Phil. or Master of Philosophy is a Postgraduate Academic Research Degree Course. No, you are not eligible to get admission in Master of Philosophy on the basis of B.Sc course. For the admission of Master of Philosophy course, the candidate should have passed Master degree in the respective field with at least 55% from a recognized university. THe course duration of Master of Philosophy is 2 years.
