Having experienced the things myself I would suggest you to BUY them. arihant is good. Downloading will not be helpful until you get the print outs. You should go through the papers when free or relaxing.

Thank you Mr Rahul, for supporting Mr Jatin with the papers. I recommend Mr Jatin purchases the book on AIIMS entrance exam published by Arihant Publications, as the book has almost 100% correct answers and explanations to the questions. Believe me, they are required for effective practice.
