There are many books available in the market which provide you previous 30 or 33 years papers for IIT JEE. You will find questions came in IIT JEE exams in previous 30 years either year wise or chapter wise.

Some of the books are from Arihant publications for physics, chemistry and mathematics, 30 years solved question papers are available in those books to give you more practice and a general idea about the questions in the exam.

Other publications like MBD, DISHA, etc also provide similar kinds of books for the same purpose.

Similar kind of books are also available for AIEEE previous year exams.
