Dear Friend

As you have not mentioned your stream so previous years GATE question papers
are not being attached here.

You can download previous year question papers of GATE from the
official website of GATE.

http://gate.iitm.ac.in/

Kindly visit the website and download the question papers.

You should solve the question papers on your own in the given time period
so that you can analyze your present preparation status.

Also, you should refer some book specially for GATE
e.g., GK Publisher's book, MADE EASY publication.

GATE Examination for to get admission M.Tech Programms in different IIT's.

You not mentioned your stream previous year question papers.So it is very difficult to attached the previous year question papers.Please mentioned the your branch.

You should have a degree in engineering/technology/architecture from a recognized university or equivalent qualification.

I am attached some previous year question papers of the GATE examination.

As their many branch in Engineering course that are in GATE exam,and you didn't mentioned the branch you belong,so i am attaching some papers of important branch in GATE exam,i think you branch papers may be in this attachment.

Dear friend for which branch you want to question papers ,first you write your branch then you can downloaded also GATE exam question papers........
