For IIT papers, you can go to the JEE page of the website of any IIT, say IIT Guwahati http://www.iitg.ac.in/jee then click on the Previous Year Questions link, and you will get PDF downloads of questions with 100% genuine answers given by people at the IITs.

For AIEEE, I recommend the book of previous papers published by Arihant. Their answers are almost 100% correct, and the explanations will help you build your thought process for the final exam. I don't recommend Arihant IIT-JEE, but you can also take it.
