In Chemistry Section :
Questions are very basic XI and XII class based main questions are from organics mainly name reactions around 10 q comes from it, then thermodynamics chemical bonding, acid base,kinetics,atom& structure these r the topics which r targeted the most. in Abtitute type mainly maths profit and loss, age related,prob. from trains ,mensuration, banking.. some general mathematical sequences,synoname and antonames,fill in the blanks with sutable words.

The thing is go for basic things it is a easy paper any one can break it with the studys of 15-20 days. but some time they will call u for the exam with in very short durration.

NTPC i.e National Thermal Power Corporation Limited conducts Exam Every year.

Test pattern:-
It consists of 2 papers i.e Technical and Aptitude .

In Technical there will be 120 questions and 50 questions in Aptitude.

Exam Duration:- 2 Hrs.

Negative Marking ?? Yes it do have i.e 1/4 of marks will be deducted if you wrongly answer each Questions.

• Technical Test
  
  • It Consists of Electrical , Control & Instrumentation, Hr and Other (See the attachments For sub Topics.)

• Aptitude Test
  
  • It consists of Antonyms, Synonyms , Word Analogy etc..

• Interpretation of graphs and tables, Numerical ability,Quantitative aptitude,Vocabulary,Verbal comprehension, Reasoning ability to determine data sufficiency, etc.
