Postal Assistant Exam Eligibility Criteria:

~If you wish to give this exam you need to be a higher secondary passes out students with not less than 60 percent of marks. English should be your compulsory subject at 10+2 level.

~There is percentage relaxation for the reserved category candidates. It is 55 percent of marks in case of OBC candidates and 45% in case of SC/ST candidates.

~The lower age limit for this exam is 18 years. For general category candidates the upper age limit is 27 years.

~It is important for you to study Hindi at matriculation level or you should know the local language of the State concerned.

~It is an objective type test where 100 questions of 100 marks needs to be completed in 2 hours' time. Basically all the questions will be multiple choice questions where there will be four options for each question.

~For the exam you need to stress on the following sections: General Knowledge, Mathematics, English and Reasoning & Analytical Ability. There will be a computer or typing test too for thirty minutes.

Postal Assistant exam is conducted by the deportment of postal govt of India .

You must completed the 10+2 with minimum 60 % of marks from recognized board , then you are applicable for Postal Assistant Exam.

If you are reserved category candidate then you can secured only 55 % of marks and required minimum age limit should be 18 years and maximum age limit should be 27 years and here age relaxation available for reserved category candidates as per govt rules.
