Postal Assistant Exam Eligibility Criteria: ~If you wish to give this exam you need to be a higher secondary passes out students with not less than 60 percent of marks. English should be your compulsory subject at 10+2 level. ~There is percentage relaxation for the reserved category candidates. It is 55 percent of marks in case of OBC candidates and 45% in case of SC/ST candidates. ~The lower age limit for this exam is 18 years. For general category candidates the upper age limit is 27 years. ~It is important for you to study Hindi at matriculation level or you should know the local language of the State concerned. ~It is an objective type test where 100 questions of 100 marks needs to be completed in 2 hours' time. Basically all the questions will be multiple choice questions where there will be four options for each question. ~For the exam you need to stress on the following sections: General Knowledge, Mathematics, English and Reasoning & Analytical Ability. There will be a computer or typing test too for thirty minutes.
