Eligibility Criteria for SAIL Management Trainee Examination :-

Educational Qualification :-

For Management Trainee ( Technical ) :- You should complete Degree in Engineering course ie :- Mechanical , Electrical , Instrumentation , Ceramics , Chemical Engineering etc.. ) with Minimum 65% percentage of marks from recognized university .

For Management Trainee ( Administration) :- You should complete degree in Management course ( ie :- Operation / Production / Material Management etc..)

The Selection procedure is based on the Written Examination / Group Discussion and Interview .
