I want ias exam prepare Ican liable for this. Exam....or suggest how I do????????

IAS stands for Indian Administrative Services. This service is under Civil Services examination of India.

The eligibility criteria for Civil Services examination is :

~~Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Final year candidate can also apply for the exam.

~~The age limit for candidates of different category is as below:

General candidates: 21-30 years.

OBC candidates: 21-33 years.

SC/ST candidates: 21-35 years.

So no matter, to whichever category you belong, you can not apply for the Civil Services examination at the age of 38 years.
