hiii sir i dont no how to apply the mtech admission in iits tell me procedure

The applications for this exam are currently available. You can apply for the same by logging in to any of the IIT sites. The last date for the same is 4th April. You need to take a DD for Rs 200 from any nationalised banks for the same. You need to fulfill criterias like having completed B.Tech or MSc or MCA.

there are three easy steps for these

you have to first enter into any of the official links according to your interest ..

like

for madras

for kanpur

www.iitk.ac.in

for delhi

www.iitd.ac.in

and so on..


then click on the apply to IIT button.

and then you give your details..

that's all submit the form

and wait for the response..

hi first of all you have to crack gate exam and and you have to do it superbly the percentile shoul be around 99.9

and then you can contact them for further queries

PROCEDURE FOR M.TECH EXAMINATION

To apply for the M.tech course
you have to give the GATE examination.

Only through GATE examination you can get
NIT.

Then you have to apply for the counseling.
If you get any seat in counselling then you
will definetly get NIT.

You can get admition in IIT through your gate score,please visit IIT zonal website and apply for that,and you have to pay Rs 200 by demand draft...

For this you have to give an entrance test called gate exam conducted by all the iit's .by cracking it you can this is conducted every year.after that you have to give an interview on the basis of which you are given the respective iit.

To apply for M.TEch first you have to have valid GATE score . If you have a valid GATE score then you can apply for M.tech addmission in IIT,s by filling the form which available in their web sites and all other details are also available

To get admission in IIT's for M-tech course,you have to give Entrance exam.

The Entrance exam is Graduate Admission Test for Engineering (GATE).

If you get qualify in this exam,then you have to apply for Selected colleges you like to pursue your education.You can apply as many colleges you like.

At the time of Admission,the college management will be calling for the interview.If you satisfy them,you will be getting the admission in that college.if you are selected for many colleges,among them you have to select only one college.

Important dates for Gate 2010:

• Date of submitting application is on Sept 21st 2010
• Last date of submitting application is on Oct 27th 2010
• Date of exam is on 30th Jan 2011

try to get more than 620 gate score if u are genral
if u r sc then it should be more tha 420
after that u have to fill their form
and give interview on scheduled date

The only procedure to apply for M.Tech in IIT's is to sit for GATE.

you have to score very high in GATE to get admission in IITs.

You can sit for GATE as many times as you want.

So prepare yourself very well, so that you can get it in the first attempt.

To do Mtech from IITs , you will have to appear for GATE exam, so first complete your Btech.

Visit their respective iit websites, after the successful gate exam.
there you will find the details about the admission procedure.

You must have score above 500 to get admission iit's

My b.e is running, and i am in third year. And i want to do m.tech after my b.e i iit. So, at which time i apply for it?

to get the admission in the iit's for the post graduation course like M.TECH.
one must to score percentile more than the 96.

the gate exam is consist of the papers like english , logical reasoning and optional subject.

in the category of the optional subject you can choose the subject of your own interest.
most preferably the subject of you engineering branch.

M.TECH.

the gate exam is carried out all over india in the different zones for the admission in the PG courses .

through this exam one can get admission in the iit' , nit's and other government institutions offering pg courses.

for M.Tech in IITs,you need to give the GATE exam and clear it with a score of above 600 to get admission in the IITs and choose a branch of your choice..there is no age limit for GATE,neither there is any restriction on the number of attempts you can make to clear the exam..

final year engineering students and engineers who have obtained their degree can appear for this exam

i would suggest you to study from the study material of a good coaching institute

There's and exam called GATE. You should fill the Gate form, and apply to it.

Its basically an all india level exam, and it selects candidates for the M Tech admission.

Its mostly out of 1000 marks. And if you score more than 900, then you can get admission in the IIT's and NIT's for the M Tech admission.

The exam takes place every year, in the month of fubruary.
So start your preparation as the competition is very high.
