Re: Procedure to apply for NDA exam for 10th student?
NDA stands for National Defence Academy and the exam is organized by Union Public Service Commission. The minimum eligibility to apply for NDA is 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
As of now, you are not eligible for this examination. However, once you complete your 12th standard you can certainly apply for NDA. The application process is all online. However, the examination is offline. You can visit the website https://www.nda.nic.in/ for more information. |

Re: Procedure to apply for NDA exam for 10th student?
NDA stands for National Defence Academy. As per my knowledge, you are not eligible to join NDA after completing 10th class so the required eligibility to join NDA examination is given below.
NDA EXAMINATION ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ** First of all, you have to complete your 12th class from a recognized board of education and physics, mathematics is compulsory for Indian Navy. ** The age of the applicants should be in between 16.5-19.5 years. My suggestion to you is that you should complete your 12th class first then you can go to the National Defence Academy examination. |

Re: Procedure to apply for NDA exam for 10th student?
You cannot apply for NDA exam just after passing 10th standard.
At least, you must have passed 10+2 or appearing in 10+2 to be eligible for NDA Exam. Along with this you must possess these requirements:
If you meet above requirements, then you can apply for NDA exam. As you have just passed 10th standard now, so currently you cannot apply for NDA Exam. |

Re: Procedure to apply for NDA exam for 10th student?
No, you are not eligible to apply for NDA examination being a 10th standard student. The minimum educational qualification required to apply for NDA examination is completion of 12th standard or an equivalent examination from a government recognised board. You should be an unmarried male candidate in the age range of 16.5 to 19.5 years. So, being a 10th standard student, you are not eligible to apply for NDA examination.

Re: Procedure to apply for NDA exam for 10th student?
NDA refers to National Defense Academy and to join the same, one is required to qualify NDA entrance examination held by UPSC once every year.
* Further, the basic qualifications required to apply for the NDA entrance examination are as below :- i) You must be an unmarried Indian male candidate. ii) Your age must lie within 16.5 years to 19.5 years. iii) You must have completed your Class 12th in any discipline from a recognized board. But, to join Navy or Air force wings of NDA, you are required to have opted for Mathematics and Physics at your Class 12th level. iv) You must hold the physical fitness as per the service requirement norms. So, having just appeared in your Class 10th board examination, you are not eligible to apply for NDA examination right now as you will have to pursue your Class 12th first to apply for the same examination. For more detailed information regarding the NDA entrance examination, you can refer to the link www.upsc.gov.in. |
