Want to know the whole procedure of becoming a ca.... what exams one has to pass for becoming a ca? and also which is the top ca coaching institute of Mumbai?

Charted Accountant (CA) course is one of the most economical professional course available in India. The course is open to all. There is no cut-off mark or minimum mark.


Eligibility for Charted Accountant CA:

Anybody who has passed 10+2 from a recognized institute can register for the course. However students with a background in mathematics in Class XII will be at an advantage.

You have two options available. First you can apply after your 12th standard for the Foundation course. The other option is apply after graduation for the intermediate level directly. You can choose any stream during your 12th and graduation. You purchase the prospectus to collect further information.

The first step to becoming a Chartered Accountant (CA) is completing a university degree in any discipline, along with a number of prerequisite business and accounting courses.

In addition to your bachelor's degree (or equivalent), you'll need an overall 65% or higher average in the following prerequisite courses:

Well if you are interested to become a CA(chartered Accountant) then you have atleat 12th pass certificate. After 12th you can eligible for registration in foundation course. If you are graduate degree holder then you directly register for intermediate course. You don't need to give any entrance exam for CA.
You just have to register yourself. The registration fees will be 1500 rupees by postal coaching.

PROCEDURE TO BECOME A CA

EITHER OF THE FOLLOWING:-
1.GIVE CA CPT EXAM
OR
1. DIRECT ENTRY TO CA IPCC


FOR CPT EXAM
1.12th passed form recognized Board.
2.Their is no percentage required for CA CPT EXAM in class 12th.

You need to register yourself for CA course upto 2nd April 2013 at ICAI. Only registered student before 2nd April 2013 eligible to give exam in June 2013 test.

And upto 1st week of October(date not declared yet) at ICAI for DECEMBER 2013 test.

Choose one of the option for fill examination form.

Option 1.Fill the examination form along with registration form as I sated above.
Registration form and examination form available at ICAI counter throughout the year. You need to go to your nearby ICAI counter and fill the form immediately. The separates fees is Rs.1000/- is applicable (Rs 500/- toward examination fee and Rs. 500/- towards cost of application form and Information brochure).

Option 2. If you already enrolled at ICAI,then you need to just fill the examination form by paying the fee of Rs1000/-(Rs.500 toward examination fee and Rs. 500/- towards cost of application form and Information brochure).

Option 3. If you want to save Rs 500/- for examinatiom the best option to fill examination application form online at http://icaiexam.org
payment have been made through either VISA/MASTER CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.



ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENT FOR REGISTRAION FOR IPCC

A student who has passed CPT and 10+2 examination conducted by the examining body constituted by law in India or an examination recognized by the Central Government as equivalent thereto to may join the IPCC.

DIRECT ENTRY TO CHARTERED ACCOUNTANCY COURSE (CA IPCC):

1)GRADUATES OR POST GRADUATES IN COMMERCE HAVING SECURE IN AGGREGATES A MINIMUM OF 55% OF THE TOTAL MARKS IN THE EXAMINATION CONDUCTED BY ANY RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY(INCLUDING OPEN UNIVERSITY)
2) GRADUATES OR POST GRADUATES OTHER THEN COMMERCE STREAM STUDENT(MENTIONED ABOVE)SECURED IN AGGREGATE A MINIMUM OF 60% OF THE TOTAL MARKS IN THE EXAMINATION CONDUCTED BY ANY RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY(INCLUDING OPEN UNIVERSITY).

OTHER THAN GRADUATION AND POST GRADUATION CAN ALSO GET DIRECT ENTRY IN CA IPCC.
Candidates who have passed the Intermediate level examination or its equivalent examination by whatever name called conducted by The Institute of Cost Accountants of India or by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.


REGISTRATION BEFORE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR
31ST January ---November exam
30th June---May exam
Because their must be 9 month gap between date of registration and date of examination.


REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
A student should submit filled-in registration form for CA IPCC supplied along with Prospectus available at sales decentralized offices, the cost of Prospectus is Rs.100/-(by post or courier Rs125). These forms can also be downloaded from website http://www.icai.org

Hello Dear, off course you can apply for CA courses after your +2 standard. My suggestion you please join one institute who offers CA coaching classes. Here I am suggestion you one of the Best institute for CA i.e; Finplan. If you are intersted then go for it. :-)
