I am completed MCA and want to do MS in US, I dont know what is procedure and eligibility criteria for MS after MCA and want to know MS computer science is correct or not ?...

You can apply for MCA by following sequence :
1. Aptitude Test
2. Technical Interview
3. Personal Interview
The eligibility criteria for MCA is provided below :
1. The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in diploma or any equivalent discipline.
2. The age limit is 17 years to 25 years at the beginning of the course.
3. The candidate must have Mathematics as a subject in 12th class.

i have completed my graduation i have scored 69.45%....... i am seeking to take admission for MCA.....but is it possible to do MCA after my graduation or need to do MSC first inorder to get admission for MCA
