PROCEDURE TO FILL AIPMT 2015 APPLICATION FORM:

-> Applicants can apply for AIPMT - 2015 through “Online” only.

-> You should careful while Uploading of Photograph, Signature ,Thumb Impression and Self declaration.

-> The fee can be remitted in the following ways:

(1) Through any Debit/ Credit Card using online payment gateway facility of Syndicate Bank / ICICI Bank / HDFC Bank /State Bank of India .

(2) Through e-Challan by depositing Fee in any of the branch of Syndicate Bank / ICICI Bank / HDFC Bank /State Bank of India. The e-challan may be generated after filling form on AIPMT website - aipmt.nic.in

You should keep the below documents for future reference:

-Proof of remittance of fee
-Computer Generated Confirmation Page of online Application
-Self Declaration(for candidates from Andhra Pradesh, J & K and Telangana who have opted for seats under 15% All India Quota)
