Procedure of getting admission in PhD after MBA? When to fill up entrance exam form? Which specializations to choose?


Dear sir/mam
I have to say that I am MBA 2nd year student pursuing from MDU (Haryana) with dual specialization of marketing and HR.I want to know that:-
1)What is the procedure of getting admission into PhD course after completing MBA?
2)If there is any entrance exam than when i can fill up i mean during my second year or after my completion of MBA.
3)How i can choose my subjects in PhD from my specialization i.e Marketing & HR?
