It's good that your Interested in Apply for Company Secretary Course . Now a day Company Secretary Course having Good . So, After Completing your CS Course may having good scope in Corporate Sectors both the Public and Private Sectors. ICSI Stands for ( Institute of Company Secretary of India ) . The duration of the Course is for four years and the Course is divided into three stages , --------> Foundation Course --------> Executive Course --------> Final Course Apart from this three levels , The Applicant should also Complete the Practical Training for 15 months , You may also Operate this this Practical training Course After Completing the Executive Course . Minimum Educational Qualification to Join Foundation course , Applicant should be passed (10+2 ) / its equivalent Examination in any discipline from recognized University . Final year candidate may also eligible to appear in Foundation Course . After Qualified in Foundation ( Company Secretary Course )/ Under Graduation/ Post Graduation Course , Applicant may directly eligible to appear in Executive Course . Applicant who Completed ICAI/ICWAI Course may also eligible to appear in Executive Course . The student who would like to join the Course after 10+2 has to undergo three stages to pursue the Company Secretaries Course i.e.
Foundation Programme Executive Programme Professional Programme The Student who would like to join the Course after passing the Graduation has to undergo two stages of the Company Secretaryship i.e. Executive Programme Professional Programme Fee Structure for CS Course The fee for CS Foundation Programme is - Rs. 3600/- for Executive Programme - Rs. 7000/- for Commerce Graduates while - Rs. 7750/- for Non Commerce Students |

Hi,
You need not to apply for foundation level as you are graduate ,you can directly apply for executive level in company secretary course. Most of the organization which are operate by boards, councils,associations,authorities,federations,or commissions appoints a qualified company secretary. MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY TO JOIN COMPANY SECRETARY COURSE 10+2 passed any stream (art, science, commerce) or equivalent qualification. (No percentage is required in 12th class just passing is enough) There is no limit on age. THREE STAGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Total Fee of Comapany Secretary is not more than 25000/-. Admission is open though out the year.examination are held twice a year in june and december.
