1- what is the procedure in company secretary admission
2- how many subject in company secretary course

I am a resident of Lucknow.I want to pursue the CS course in Lucknow. Is there a college or Institute for CS studies in Lucknow. ?

hi,
Company secretary i.e CS course is conducted by the institute of company secretaries of India (ICSI).
The CS course is divided into three stages i.e Foundation, executive and professional.
Since you are an b.com 1st year, you are eligible to apply in foundation program.
If you want to apply after the graduation, you can directly apply in the executive program.
The last date to get register yourself for decemeber exam is 28th, february.
The application fee with prospectus is Rs.200.
The registration fees is RS.3600.
