Anyone who wishes to become a primary teacher in government schools should write TET.
TET stands for Teacher Eligibility Test. Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) is an entrance test which is common for all teachers who want to teach in their relevant states. This TET test is conducted by both Central government and State Government of India. TET Entrance exam is divided into 2 papers. Paper 1 is for Primary Teacher (Class I to V) and paper 2 is for Upper Primary Teacher (Class VI to VIII) The educational qualification required for TET Entrance exam is graduation degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks in aggregate. Age limit for teachers in Government Schools is 37 years for general category candidate. There will be relaxation in upper age limit by 3 years for OBC candidate and 5 years for SC/ST candidate. |

Firstly, you should complete the B.ED because B.ED is necessary for this and then you have to qualify the Tet examination after that you will become a primary teacher of government school. It is necessary to have 50% aggregate in graduation than you are eligible to take admission in B.ED otherwise not. There is no any age limit for B.ED. Whenever you want you can do this.
