To become a Government primary teacher in Delhi, you have to go through Delhi Teacher Eligibility Test which is conducted by the appropriate Government.
Candidate must have passed +2 level of exam with a minimum of 50% marks.
Candidate with B.A/B.Sc with minimum of 50% marks are also eligible for this test.

you can become Primary Teacher in GOVT school.



for that you just have do diploma course in elementary education after passing class 12th from recognized board.

after completing 2 years diploma in elmentary teaching you can become teacher in schools

this diploma should be done from recognized institutions.

name of such diplomas

BTC
PTC
ETC
DED
TTC


There is one more course which can be done after 12th that is B.EI.ED which is four year degree course offered by delhi university.

This is the shortest route for becoming teacher in GOVT schools.

Educational Qualification for Primary Teacher

10+2 passed from recognized board with at least 50% marks.
