Qualification required to become an Airline Pilot?
I want to become an Airplane Pilot. So, which course should I study for graduation and what are the physical and health fitness requirement? What is the minimum pay for Airplane Pilots?

To be eligible for pursuing Commercial Pilot training course, candidate should have passed 10+2 with PCM stream i.e. Physics, Chemistry and mathematics.
After passing 10+2, candidate can join Commercial Pilot training institutes to pursue graduation course. Here is the list some of the popular Commercial Pilot training institutes. Minimum pay for Commercial Pilot at entry level is around 1.5 lakhs. After gaining experience of 1-2 years, his/her salary raises upto 3-4 lakhs. Following medical tests are taken before candidate is offered Commercial Pilot license in India.

Qualifications to become a pilot:
For Indian Air Force ■ Minimum qualification: SSC or HSC ■ Minimum Age: 18 years. ■ Excellent English language skills. ■ Very high physical and mental fitness standards as defined by Indian Air Force. ■ You need to pass entrance exams to qualify for basic airman training with Indian Air Force. For Private institutions ■ Minimum qualifications: SSC or HSC ■ Maximum age: 18 years. ■ Excellent English language skills. ■ Level-2 medical and mental fitness certificate. ■ Basic entrance exam at some private flying schools |
