The minimum eligibility requirement to do the MBA is a graduation in any discipline. You need score at least 50% marks in the graduation. For getting admission the candidates need to attend the CAT/MAT entrance exams and based on those scores you will be selected. Regarding the fee structure it may differ from one college to another and also the type of course you want join in to. Some of the reputed colleges in India are IIMs, Symbiosis, ICFAI etc.

if you want to go for M.B.A. after completion of your mechanical engineering then there is also many specialization in M.B.A. course...as you want to go for M.B.A. course after your mechanical engineering, you should choose specialization like information technology, human resources , system , marketing etc ... you should choose any one specialization as per your own interest..all the best. |

CAT is conducted by the IIM's. This is considered as an eligibility criteria for many top institutes across the country. This exam is held once a year normally in November 3rd or 4th Sunday. Now the candidates have the option to appear for the exam online too. The exam pattern for this is similar to the other exams. You need to be prepared in verbal and numerical ability and also logical reasoning and data interpretation. The forms will be available around August month. You will need to go to the designated bank and make the payment of Rs 1400/-. The bank shall give you a voucher.
