I have completed my regular H.S. degree on arts background in 2006 and presently serving as state civil servant.I want to pursue vocational H.S. degree on science stream to appear in JEE.My age is 33.please advise me if a student from arts background can appear for JEE after completing science H.S. degree in vocational course !!

Since, you completed your higher secondary school degree in 2006, you are not eligible for appearing in JEE 2023, as for appearing in JEE 2023, candidates who have completed their Class 12th i.e; higher secondary school degree in 2021 or 2022 or 2023 are eligible.
