Dear student,
I don't think you need too much of reference books. I would suggest you to thorough your NCERT books with a frequent revision because JIPMER contains a great deal of questions from NCERT books.
Beside NCERT you should practice objective questions from good objective book like that of GRB.
And lastly solve previous year questions to get a rough idea about the pattern of questions.

Dear student,
The basic idea to crack any entrance exams lies in your concepts.
If you are clear with your concepts no one would prevent you from clearing the exam.But if are not so then it may demand a high price.
So my friend clear all your doubts while preparing any chapters and don't leave them for the last minute.
Also solve last year questions within the given time frame.
