Re: Reference books for SBI clerical exam?
SBI stands for State Bank of India, which is the leading public sector bank in India in public sector.
Every year SBI will come up with the notifications for the recruitment of Clerks and Probationary officers for SBI and also for its associate banks. The selection procedure would involve Written Exam Interview The written exam consists of questions from the following categories Reasoning Numerical Ability General Awareness General English Computer Knowledge One should have strong preparation towards these sections to get through the exam and to score good marks. For Reasoning and Aptitude, I suggest you to prepare R.S.Agarwal which is the good book for all the candidates. For General Awareness, you can prepare various magazines like Pratiyogita Kiran Mahendra Publications YES publications etc. In addition, you have to read the news papers and watch news channels and have to collect the important points for preparation. For Computer knowledge and English, you can purchase any book which is available in the market and prepare. Purchase other books for practice papers also and give mock tests and analyze your performance time to time.
