Hello Sir,

My Reg No is 2092998. I have fixed my photographs in the Application form which was recently taken but it does not have the name and the date on the photograph. As per the Sr No 6 in “INSTRUCTIONS AND PROCEDURE FOR ON-LINE APPLICATION FOR AIEEE - 2010″ you have mentioned that the photograph must indicate clearly the name of the candidate along with the date of taking the photograph. Will my application be rejected? Please let me know how to go about fixing this issue.

don't worry there is no problem ,your application will be accepted,
they ask to write the number and name only for the purpose of finding your application if the glue in photo comes off and it is misplaced

Yes your form is liable to be rejected,on the ground of such mistake.

This rule is made by aieee authority in order to get valid candidature information.Your name and date in the photograph will enable them to dispatch the same to you without any mistake.

However,you can check your application status from AIEEE's website after 45 days from the day you dispatch it.

Hope your form will not be rejected.

if you check the status of your application form on the website......www.aieee.nic.in :-
"Application Form Number '2092998' has been received."
so it is sure that your form is being considered...now not writing name and date on the photo , may not be a rejection criteria for your form ....but still you contact the authority as soon as possible and discuss the matter with them....
you may get the contact address from the information booklet or from the website...www.aieee.nic.in

well i also dont think its the matter of being panic...but as you have not followed what is written in guide book so you should contact to concern authority regarding this matter...for more details you can visit

its a big mistake. your form i liable to be rejected. contact aieee authorities immediately.

the acceptance of your application is actually a bit doubtful as it's a mandatory requisite for AIEEE that your name and date of taking snap should appear on your pic. But let just hope for the best and don't worry.

it may get rejected because the aieee does not accept forms which do not follow the instructions

hey dont worry your application form will not be rejected as no one s going to remove your photograph and check whether you have written your name and date of taking photo....

dont worry about that as you have already pasted your photo just concentrate on your studies and prepare well for your exam.

don't care for the topics of form filling
you should better concentrate on studies
as your mistake in such that you might be rejected

don,t worry your form will be accepted because writing name and date is only required in the cases when photos get misplaced from their forms.

Dear friend you will recieve a warning letter and you will then have to correct your mistake.

you can also mail them on the official website of aieee.

don't care for the topics of form filling
you should better concentrate on studies
as your mistake in such that you might be rejected

dont worry this will not considered as big mistake so your form will not be cancelled but if you want your own satisfaction than call general secretory new delhi asking them for the problem they will help you to fix the problem contact is given at the bulletin of aieee form

Yes, there are chances that your AIEEE application form may be rejected.

In order to know whether your form has been accepted or rejected you should check the your application status.

You can check the receipt of yourform by typing the registration number or Application number of the application form on the AIEEEwebsite after 45 days of dispatch of Application to the CBSE.

it is 50-50 situation you would get punished or not it totally depends on aieee so don't worry about future .But in my opinion you will not be in any trouble because this types of mistakes is made by about 25% of candidates so don't worry

Hi,

This had happened to me also,but no need to worry. They will not reject your application. They need the photo to ensure that it is yours if it got misplaced anywhere.
So it is not a big issue unless your pasted photo get misplaced.

i have submitted the aieee form but there is no date on yhe photograph,just my name is there.is there going to be any problem.
