Is it necessary to get the EAMCET application form attested or can I submit the form directly? Who can attest the EAMCET application form? Can a college principal is eligible to attest the EAMCET application form?

Yes you should get the filled in application form of EAMCET application attested by a gazetted officer or by the principal of college where you studied.

Yes, attestation is required once you filled the forms.
Any gazetted officers can attest the certificates and application.
They should make sure that the certificates are genuine by attesting the same.
