The criteria is given below:-

1)Candidate must be score at least 60% in through out career.
2)Pending Backlog are not allowed.
3)Maximum 2 year gap are allowed.

The Selection process for HCL:-

1)Aptitude Test.
2)Technical Test
3)Personal Interview.

10th-----69.8.
Inter-----64.8.
B.tech-----61.
am i eligible to get a job in hcl?

my qualifications are
MA,M Phil in English,
MBA studying
am i eligible to search jobs in-HCL,infosis etc?

i got 65% in 10th, 49.5% in 12th and 75% in b.tech

you should not have more than two year of gap.you should not have any backlog if there is any backlog then you should clear it first
showing of experince will give you extra point in the company
