A.Graduation from recognized university with atleast 55% to 60% marks.
B.Age - between 21 to 30 for general category (relaxation for sc/st/obc).

Eligibility criteria to become a bank manager:-

>You should be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.

>Your age should be between 21-32 years.

>Age relaxation upto 5 years for SC/ST candidates and upto 3 years for OBC candidates.

>You should do some professional courses like CA,ICWA,MBA etc.

>It's mandatory for you to have at least 2-3 years of work experience

do B.E graduate can apply?

i am completed BTech i am qualified or not?purpose of written the Bank manager exam.

For becoming the bank manager, you should start with the PO, provisional officer, and then after gaining experience and your caliber for work can lead you to become a bank manager.
For giving the PO exam, you need to be graduate with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
And age should be in between 21 to 30 years of age.
Relaxation to obc and sc st students is provided.

To become a Bank Manager, one has to complete Graduation and appear for P.O.(Probationary Officer) exam generally conducted by SBI and IBPS(Institute of Banking Personal Selection). A P.O. of a bank after gaining experience become Manager of the Bank.

The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having completed Graduation Degree in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate with good knowledge over computer operation.

If you want to join Public sector Bank as manager then you can apply for Bank PO/MT examination.

The PO/MT examination is conducted every year by IBPS and SBI and if you are Graduate in any discipline then you can apply for this exam provided you satisfy the age criteria.

The age limit for Bank PO is 21 to 30 years if you are General Category.

There is age relaxation available for other categories :

-5 years for SC/STs

-3 years for OBCs

-10 years for PWDs

So if you want to join then you have to clear the Objective paper and interview with merit to get selected as probationary officer or management trainee.

For joining Private banks as manager you have to complete MBA in Finance then you can apply for job in Private banks.
