respected sir . how many marks should score in mat for good seat in b-school..tell me the pass mark of mat

to get admission in a good B-school your MAT score sholud be morethan 95 percentile.
in MAT you wont have any cut off marks or passing marks. it all depends on the top scorers marks. MAT score is given on percentile basis but not percentage.

Dear Friend

=> Your MAT score should be good for good B.School.
The minimum 90 marks one should score for getting into good B.Schools.

=> You must have at least of 60% marks to qualify MAT.

Note->Graduation marks will not effect for your admission in good B.Schools.
