I have scored 95.53 percentile in December MAT. I want to know which colleges take MAT cut-offs more than 90 percentile. Which colleges should i check out with my achieved score?

how is ISM, SNSIBM, USHA MARTIN, CAMBRIDGE etc in ranchi.. and IPSAR in jamshedpur?

well, that mainly depends upon where you live and your interest in the college.

and yeah If you had written CAT exam which is conducted by the IIMs, based on that you would be able to get admission into the IITs for management course.
