m aastha. I have don bba last year n nw m doing mba(1). So i just want to knw what are the requirements to become a cbi officer

Dear pal,
central bureau of investigation is a department which is independent agency which investigates into the various civil and criminal cases. To apply for the post the aspirant need to obtain certain requirement namely.
1. The aspirant should have completed bachelor degree from a recognised university.
2. The age limit varies with the post for which you make your application. The relaxation for the age is 3 years for bc and mbc aspirant and it is 5 years for sc and st aspirants.
The selection process involves written exam followed by personnel interview based on the merit list. The duration of the entrance exam is 2 hours. The paper consist of objective question for 100 marks and there is penalty for wrong answers.
The details regarding the vacancy available will be published in the newspaper and the aspirant can apply providing the necessary information with photo.

their are 3 stages to be cleared by you to become CBI.
first one is written test
second is physical level fitness
third is interview.

GENERAL AWARENESS
GENERAL INTEELIGENCE
QUANTITATIVE APTITUDE
overall performance in all area will take you in selection list.

ELIGIBILITY FOR SAME IS
GRADUTION from recognized university
age NOT MORE THAN 27 years

Eligibility for CBI Officer:-

1.Candidate must have complete the graduation in any trade with 55% aggregate.

2.Age should be in between 20-25 years.

3.Candidate must be physically fit.

4.Candidate must be a citizen of India.

First of all you have to clear the Combined Graduate Preliminary Exam conducted by SSC. For appearing in this exam, you must have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. The age limit for the exam is 20-27 years. The minimum height required is 165 cm and the chest girth required is 76 cm after expansion. You may have to take the preliminary exam in the month of May or June. The notification will be released in the month of April.
