Has RVD distance education university banned for B.Tech?

yes My friend its this University is UGC approved but not by AICTE because is this for Regular course degree . it approved by UGC and DEC which is enough for distance education .If any Query so , contact me [email protected] .i was also senior student and now i m teacher in degree Collage .

there is no any such news that this college is banned for the b.tech ,but one think keep it in mind that this college is no approved by the AICTE , this college is approved by the ugc,so before taking admission in that college get all the information regarding the college,

dear RVD univ. is not banned. univ. is approved by UGC and also from DEC council of distance education. do not worry.

in rvd website it is mentioned tht it has stoped admission for 2009-10 due to orders by ugc and dec from october 2009 . further information is not available, does it has reopened. plz let me know as early as possible

This is Ramesh .I have completed BTech (civil) in Jan2009 & was awarded deg by Univ in April 2009. I am working in a govt deartment in Delhi.Before adding degree as an additional qualification my deptt.wants to confirm wether Engg degree courses (technical courses) are approved by DEC (IGNOU). I repeat: WETHER APPROVED BY DEC (DISTENCE EDUCATION COUNCIL) OR NOT.

I've completed B.Tech from RVD University , Rajasthan. Is this certificate is valid to get Tamilnadu State Level HRD Attestion and I want to apply for jobs in Europe,USA,Australia.

One of my collegue told me that, this university is in Black-Listed category and the certificate is not valid and not attested by HRD. Now what to do?

no friend,this RVD university is not banned for B.Tech programme.here you can complete B.Tech in CSE<ECE<ME<PE<EE etc.off course it is approved by UGC.

please note that Dec2009 and onward all the Distance course admission is stopped. any one can see on RVD university web site.
This is my my request please do not take new admission. still old candidates future is not clear until sup. court decision is pending.
