As per my knowledge Manav Rachna institute is approved by National Council for Teachers Education (NCTE).

What does UGC recognized university: black listed means? I have done my MA (English) from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Pune, and it also comes in the black listed category; is my degree considered valid for government jobs?
