There are many different websites which offer sample question papers. You can visit these websites to get hold of previous years question papers. Or else there are many books available in stores which have sample question papers.

CDAC CET papers are not available on any site.
One can find its sample papers from their official site.
I can give brief idea about it as I appear in it.

Section 1. Technical subject:35 questions
Digital Electronics- Average level-
Questions are mostly from Flip flop, multiplexer and counter.

Operating System- Average for computer science/IT/MCA
- Tough for other branches

Data communication and networking-Tough
Questions based on protocols, and IP.

Microprocessor-High level-They give questions from 8085 as it is not mentioned in syllabus.

Computer system organization-Average Level- on memory interfacing with DMA and other systems.

Section 2. Data structure and C language:35 questions
C-Average level
From pointers and loop

DS-Average level
From tree, graphs, and Linked list

Section 3. Apptitude and English:30

Apptitude is simple.
English is tough.
