Those candidate have completed 12th standard are eligible for AIIMS exam but your 12th standard subject must be Physics , Chemistry , Bio logy and English.

Also you must score 50% in all above mention subjects.For SC/ST candidate the percentage criteria for above subject is 40% .Your minimum age should be 17 years.

Pattern for AIIMS Exam

Total No- 200
Total Time-3.5 hr.

Physics - 60 questions
Chemistry - 60 questions
Zoology and Botany - 60 questions
General Knowledge - 20 questions

For wrong answer , you will be penalized by -1/3 .

eligibility :

you have to clear 10th

--then 12th with physics,chemistry and biology

--for general : 60% in 12th

--for sc/st: 50% in 12th

syllabus /pattern:

--this exam is of 3 and half hour duration

--it contains 200 multiple choice questions

--there are 60 questions each from PCB and 20 from general knowledge section

--there is negative marking also
