upsc conducts many exams like civil service , IES , NDA etc...

You can download papers from the the upsc website itself..

http://upsc.gov.in/and click on previous year paper section .....and also they provide sample papers too.........

you can find last 5 year question papers over there......

you can see the upsc site for the detail.many types of exams are held by upsc. and you can find the full detail of each examination by upsc

i think ypu should prefer to upsc enterance exam book where you find all previous year question papers and you also can download from upsc.gov.in

So please complete your question first and mention the

name of exam for which you need the previous year question paper.

So you can download the particular paper by your self,by clicking here
when you click on the above mentioned area,it will take you to upsc page,in that page on right,their will be a option of previous paper,click on that,it will open another,in that page their will all the exam paper conducted by the upsc.

to crack any upsc exam you have to firstly complete the NCERT books which will provide you the base for understanding the concepts of phy. and chemistry.

Your question is incomplete because

UPSC conduct so many papers like IES, IAS, CDS, SCRA, NDA etc...

So for which exam you want to download paper you didn't mentioned in your question.
