In Jammu, from State Bank of India, you can get AIIMS entrance exam form.

State Bank of India Branches in Jammu: -

1. State Bank of India, R S PURA, JAMMU
2. State Bank of India, BAN TALAB
3. State Bank of India, CCPC JAMMU
4. State Bank of India, ZONAL OFFICE JAMMU
5. State Bank of India, SHAKTI NAGAR

AIIMS Forms are Not available physically @ Banks, The reason is they are Available at AIIMS college, & you can get them on requesting about the same.

So No where Aiims forms are available @ banks of Jammu.

So you were thinking how to Get forms.

Below are the Procedure to get them :-

AIIMS enterence exam form

Aiims exam application form doesn't available physically @ banks or schools etc.

You need to Demand for it. if you are applying for Offline. Lets see how can we Get AIIMS application form.

There are Two Modes Of application :- 1) Offline and 2) Online

Offline and Online Mode of Application Form filling Has started from 15 Of February

Offline mode of application can be obtained by sending a Demand Draft of Rs 1050/- for General/OBC and

Rs850/- INR for SC/ST to ACCOUNTS OFFICER(EXAM), AIIMS-MBBS-2011More Details are on This Attachment.

Online Mode of application Can be filled up in Official Website @www.aiimsexams.org

*Note:- Last Date is 15 Of March... (This is The Dead Line)

If you opt for Online Form, then Before you fill it, Do read all the Instruction carefully .

Forms are not available online.So dont search for it.

In order to get the forms you can apply either online or offline.

As the last date to submit the form is 15th March 2011 so I would suggest that submit form online only & do not opt for form offline.

In case if you still insist on filling the form offline then do the following:
1) The Prospectus-cum-Application Form can also be obtained by Speed Post/Registered Post by sending a crossed Bank Draft for Rs.1050/- Fr General/OBC and Rs.850/- For SC/ST category drawn in favour of the "ACCOUNTS OFFICER (EXAMS), AIIMS-MBBS-2011".


2) The request must reach the
Assistant Controller of Examinations,
All India Institute of Medical Sciences,
Ansari Nagar, New Delhi-110 608


3) The address at which Application Form is required should be written clearly in CAPITAL LETTERS and with PIN code.

4) The words "REQUEST FOR APPLICATION FORM FOR MBBS ENTRANCE EXAMINATION 2011" should be written on the envelope containing request for application form, and also on top of the request letter.

So i request you to read it immediately & submit your form.
