SBI PO Exam Eligibility Criteria:-

## For the post of probationary officer the candidates needs to possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

## The degree can be obtained in any stream of your choice but along with that it is important to secure at least 65% of marks in aggregate at graduation level.

## For the reserved category candidates there is percentage relaxation. They need to get minimum 60% of marks at grad level.

## he lower age limit for all categories is 21 year. The upper age limit for the general category candidates is 30 years.

## There is upper age limit relaxation for the following categories:-

~SC/ST Candidates: 35 yrs.
~OBC Candidates: 33 yrs.
~PWD Candidates: 40 yrs.
~Ex-servicemen: 35 yrs.

## For those who gets selected it is important for them to know how to handle a computer.

Exam Pattern and Structure:-

Phase I:-

Exam Format: i) Objective

A. Test Subjects: Test of English Language, General Awareness, Data analysis and interpretation, Reasoning

B. Marks: 200 marks

C. Duration: 2 Hours

ii) Descriptive

A. Test Subjects: English Language (comprehension, small outline, article and letter writing

B. Marks: 50 marks

C. Duration: 1 Hour

Phase II:-

A. Group Discussion: 20 marks
B. Group Discussion (Rural): 10 marks
C. Interview: 30 marks
D. Experience: 10 marks

Final Selection:-

The final selection will be based on the marks you secure in phase I and II. You need to separately pass in both the sections. Marks of both the phases are aggregated and then a merit list is published based on which the selections are done.

SBI Bank Po Eligibility :

Candidates must be Indian

Candidates should be complete Graduation in any stream with min of 60% from a recognized University (55% for SC/ST Candidates )

Candidates age limit between 21 to 30 years

The upper age relaxation as per govt rules

3 years per age relaxation for OBC Candidates
