Scope of MSc Computer Science? Does this offer a good career scope?
Respected sir/madam,
I am a final year student of B.Sc (computer science) from Raipur (Chhattisgarh).I want to know that what is the scope of M.Sc (computer science). Does this course offer a good carrier scope? What kinds of job options are available after this course? I am also preparing for Bank P.O. exams. I would also like to know that which is the best option after B.Sc –MCA, MBA or M.Sc.? Post graduation in Computer Science will help you to improve career prospects in IT field. After M.Sc degree in Computer Science, you can try for jobs as Senior Programmer, Assistant Professor etc. Career opportunities also exist in areas of Networking, Database Management, Software Testing, etc. MCA and M.Sc Computer Science degree has equal scope in the present job market. If you are interested in administrative jobs in the IT field, you can go for MBA degree. You can select the course according to the area in which you are interested to work.
