SBI conducts the examination for its own for the recruitment as Clerk in the SBI and its associates. There is no short cut formula to crack the examination. But if you will practice hard then definitely you will qualify.

The written paper contains the question of the English, General knowledge but there is no short cut formualfor it. But for the other two section as of General Intelligence and the Quantitative Aptitude you can take the help from the R.S Aggarwal and M.Tyra. The regular practice of the topics will increase your speed and help in qualifying the examination.
