I got placed in infosys as well as in accenture. Now i m really confused which one to opt for!! As far as package is concerned, infosys is offering 3.25 and accenture is offering 2.75(CTC)+25000(variable)+transportation. Now which company would be better for me as a fresher..??

both are the good companies and they are MNCs .and working n almost same thing.
so you can choose any one of them.
but i would like to tell you ,you should go for Infosys .

Congrats first of all.

Infosys as well as Accenture both are good mnc's. So you can better go with any one of them.I heard that infosys offers rigorous training as a part of its training session and there is no job security in the time of recession where as Accenture provides a better job security. So if you think you are capable enough go with infosys else i think it is better to opt Accenture.

Think twice and act wise....

Infosys vs Accenture

Both companies are undoubtedly counted in the best IT Companies in India..

If you see from the salary point of view..you are getting a slightly better offer in Infosys rather than Accenture..

Since the reputation of both the companies is almost the same so I would advice to choose the company on the basis of the work environment and depending on the location of the place of your work..

Generally, people have issues with the location of their job not suitable or they don't find the environment adaptable..

When it comes to the scope for perks and incentives.. Accenture gains an edge over Infosys..

Its generally said that the training for both the companies is quite rigorous and they really test your mettle out there but it is said that chances are slightly higher in Infosys that you lose the job during the training if you don't perform well..

Still i would say the balance hangs equally on both sides so choose depending on the environment and location..

I think Infosys is better. Both Infosys and Accenture are clearly big companies in India. Both are MNC companies. As far as salary is concerned Infosys gives you a better package. And according to me Infosys is little familiar and bigger company when compared to Accenture. Salary is also higher in Infosys. Thus i would suggest you to join in Infosys. But, inquire about the work load and progression in work from the people working in that company.

First of all congratulation my friend. See there are some factors or parameters you can say , depending up on these the performance of a company varies which are given below :: -

1. Capability
2. Equipment
3. Quality
4. Time Allocation
5. Inter dependency
6. Effort Validation
7. Compartmentalization
8. Defined Responsibilities
9. Defined Milestone
10. Reputation etc.

See if you consider the points mentioned above for these two company then I will tell you these two company is more or less same.

But if you consider regarding to the salary then Infosys offers better than Accenture. But from my experience Infosys will be best for you. There is a little bit more pressure in Infosys in training period rather than Accenture.
