I am pradeep want to ask that i have two offer in hand one for 20K in bangalore company which is start up company,and one for hyderabad which is level 3 company with 15k as ctc with bond for two years. what to do now?

You have not mentioned about the bond details of Bangalore based company.Anyway for beginners it is better to start with a small start up company. It can provide more opportunity to learn. You will get exposure to most of the process that is going on around you. So once if you become expert on your work the most excellent opportunities will come behind you. More over your salary is more in the first company. It is better to start with high salary.
