Hi Hira khan,I am glad to know about your interest for MCA (or) M.Com.Well,My suggestion for you is to persue M.com ,because you have already completed your UG in B.com and you would find it better to continue with maters in same discipline, but performing a correspondence course would not be advisable for a lecturer post.so,join in regular college.

regards,

hello @hira khan..

Dear as you wrote you did b.com and you want to do MCA then as you want you should do MCA.
friend as you want to do teaching in future then you have to do M.Com. this will helps u a lot for teaching.
it doesn't really matter that you do Master's regular/correspondence but sometimes some college having some criteria for the selection of staff members/lecturer..some college wants that the candidate should did his/her master's regular as their requirement.

hope u'll understand what i am saying.
all the best

I would suggest you to go for M.Com, because your graduation marks is 49%.

And I think it will be a bit tough for you to handle the course of MCA.

But you are confident enough to carry on MCA effieciently, then you can go for it.

And as far as job is concerned, that does not matter if you get the degree from regular course or from distance education, the value of degree or certificate is same.

You can get the post of a lecturer by pursuing MCA and M.Com both.

So choose according to your interest and capability.

M.Com is better degree than MBA when taking teaching point of view. MBA is mainly done for going in to business domain .If you want to go for teaching, I suggest you to do MCom , which is some time desired qualification for some job posts.
