Bit patna is an extension of Bit Meshra,Ranchi.and so bit patna is definitely a very good college.haldia institute of technology comes under wbjee and is a good college too.But i personally think studying in bit patna will give you an edge as bit meshra certificate is highly prestigious.so go for bit patna.(Note:bit patna is costlier than haldia but quality sometimes takes the cost.)
